Credit card refunds typically process within 5-7 business days and appear on your statement within one billing cycle. Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution's processing times.

For PayPal transactions, refunds usually appear in your account within 24-48 hours once processed. Digital wallet refunds (Apple Pay, Google Pay) follow the same timeline as the underlying payment method used in your wallet.

Third-party integration fees, setup costs for custom configurations, and charges for additional user licenses beyond your base subscription are also typically non-refundable after services have been rendered.
